This is a question we should all ask ourselves. You don't have to answer aloud, but please at least ask yourself the question.
Childless or not, we should ponder what we're leaving our next generation. We often hear people say "Leave a better planet for our next generation" or "The government is spending too much money, what about our next generation?"
My question is, what are we actively doing and or building OURSELVES for our next generation? What kind of shape will our family be in when our number is called and we have to go home to be with the Lord? This isn't supposed to be scary talk, this is about planning. It's been said "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." Do you have a plan? Are you working it?
The good book says a good man leaves an inheritance for his children's children. That's several generations.
As it sits, right now, what are you set to leave your kids? An inheritance, a business, property, accounts, or bills? Or re-released Jordans?
What legacy will you leave?
