So August is National Make-a-Will Month. Who knew?

So August is National Make-a-Will Month. Who knew?
Getting a will isn’t the most pleasant of tasks, and consequently, too few people do it. A recent survey of more than 2,000 people found that 64 percent don’t have wills. The biggest reason cited by folks: They just never got around to it. Some said they didn’t want to think about death.
You might believe that only wealthier families need a will. You’d be wrong.
“Having a will is important for every family, regardless of how much money they have,” says Elisa Shevlin Rizzo, managing director and trust counsel at Fiduciary Trust Company International in New York, an investment management firm. “It provides some peace and certainty about how things will be handled after an individual has died.”
If you die without a will, the state could get involved in the costly job of trying to determine who in your family gets what. “It may not be what the individual intended and it becomes much more complicated,” Rizzo says.
Yes, one barrier is the cost, …

Jobs on Jobs on Jobs!

I aint gonna lie...when I hear people say they have 2-3 jobs its like nails screeching on a chalkboard!
The shit literally hurts my ears!
but I've evolved in my personal growth, so I don't say anything....

but to me...TWO jobs are for TWO people!
Don't get me wrong, I totally respect people doing what they have to do to get ends to meet.
I admire their ambitions to provide for their families by any means possible.
I love the drive that they have to do the things they don't want to do to get where they want to be.
BUTTTTTTT
That shit doesn't make ANY sense if you ACTUALLY think about it!
By nature, with your skill sets, if a job isn't providing you the lifestyle you need or want...what would adding a second (often part time for less money and less benefits..if they exist) give you that the first (often full-time for more money with benefits) couldn't?
Follow me on this thought process.
Wouldn't you agree that your job not providing enough income for you is a…

Having a closed mind .....

I pride myself on being what I consider an astute businessman.
I believe a good businessman , or a smart person, should ALWAYS keep their eyes open for opportunity. Being open minded and willing to try to position myself ahead of trends has always served me well, if not through profit definitely through experience.
I'll admit, I ALMOST blew my latest project off.
I didn't think I had time for anything else. After all I was running multiple businesses, building my portfolio, and consulting as well. It was easy for me to justify lack of time for another venture...but like Richard Branson says "'If somebody offers you an amazing opportunity but you are not sure you can do it, say yes – then learn how to do it later!'
There's never a perfect time to do anything.
With that said, I started a new business during one of the busiest seasons of the year for me!
With the power of the tools and system my business team, I was able to make an extra $500 my first month with …

I JUST realized I already won...

I promise I'm not being funny, but I just had a moment.

I just realized I won

Sometimes when you're in the middle of the hustle, you don't exactly see all that's going on around you.

I just had an epiphany, a moment of clarity, an aha moment...

call it what you want, but I just experienced it.

I already won...

All the blood, sweat, tears, sacrifice...it's all worth it...

I'm doing what I was put here to do

I'm fullfilling my purpose

I'm doin exactly what I set out to do!

I just had a crazy flash back I remember someone asking me "Why do your ideas always require someone else's expertise?" I thought about it for a second, and really didn't have an answer...until now. I was born to bring people together. I was born to lead people. Now that I think about it, I've always had a strong desire to do three things.
1) Help people 2) Build Businesses 3) Put people together working with their gifts to all mutually benefit

it's in my DNA... and I today,…
